As General Counsel for EZ-ERC, Adam Fischer advises the company on a variety of legal matters ranging from corporate governance, compliance, and risk management as well as contract negotiation. He also works directly with clients in evaluating their potential eligibility for the ERC program by virtue of the full or partial suspension of operations analysis. This involves working closely with management and operations teams to analyze the effect that COVID-19 executive orders had on the business and quantifying the related impact.
Adam was previously the general counsel for Tricera Capital, a private equity firm in Miami. Prior to holding that position, he worked at McDermott Will & Emery and Greenberg Traurig. In these roles, he focused on advising private equity funds in connection with mergers and acquisitions and real estate developers in connection with their acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing activities.
Adam earned his law degree from the University of Miami in 2014 and his Master’s in International Business and a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Florida in 2009.
